Robert Bage is a strong community leader in Fort Walton Beach. He is a co-chair for the Okaloosa County Health Improvement Partnership (OCHIP) with the Mayor of Crestview, a board member of Advanced Sacred Hope Academy, and Rotarian. He has also worked on several community projects such as the Post Overdose Support Team and a Community Land Trust (CLT).

Robert Bage has been appointed twice to the Criminal Justice Standards Commission by Govenor Ron DeSantis, the Immigration Council by State CFO Jimmy Patronis, and was on the Domestic Security Oversight Council. He is the current President of the Florida Police Chiefs Association and active with the Florida City and County Manger Association.

Robert Bage has been the Florida representative to IACP's State Association of Chiefs of Polce (SACOP) since 2022. He has written articles for the IACP and has been on several POD Casts. He was appointed to the IACP Board of Directors by President Ken Walker in 2024.
